azuki orange

Another week past!! Today my friend introduced me to this new-ish cafe. It's like a little beach shack, it's located on the northern tip of the north shore. Shoddy and haphazard photos.
Australian bungalow, yes
I was also recently introduced to this fellow, what a cutie. It's pretty impressive to come across new life up so close and intimate. The little one was so helpless yet powerful and full of spirit and zest. I couldn't help but  see in awe the power and vitality in nature. If you haven't come across a baby joey, I can assure you will simply be in marvel. Such a privilege to come across this encounter.
It was super hot that day, but these guys seemed to enjoy it.
Picnic spot: I took lunch with me for once.
Guess what. The local chain-store stationary outlet decides to rip Muji. It's good that stationary is improving in Australia, however I am suspicious on the quality.

Currently digging this show. It's about an Australian cook who goes around Japan. Interestingly, I have once personally spotted him at my supermarket. And that is my degree of connection.
Breakfast now.
Gym outfit. It makes me slimmer than I am.
Spring is peeping out of my window which means jacarandas. At my school jacarandas were closely associated with exam-times and the myth goes that it's not a good sign if you haven't started revising your notes by the time the jacarandas start blooming.
And finally, we shall finish with some azuki. Very nutritious and filling. A common and traditional snack, the contents are simply azuki (red bean), brown sugar  and water (I think). Lightly crushed. The dusted topping is called kinako, powdered soy bean. It makes a great snack. Super.
 Look it's purple.

Good night.
