Note: 'Crumbles' are known as 'Crisps' in the States.
The recipe is rough translation from a Japanese natural living magazine called 'tennenseikatsu' - some of the ingredients were altered for local ingredients.

My recent food overhaul I have been on has made me reassess the food we consume and where it's from and how we eat - which is a good thing. It has also made me more motivated to make food from scratch.
I've had good days and bad days for this. When you're away it can be a challenge to have a fridge well stocked of alternative food options -especially university cafeterias. Recipes such as this crumble is soo easy to make and it tastes GREAT! Plus the ingredients are stuff you'd have in the fridge and the washing up is not much too.
