Sydney was a lovely fine day. It felt the level of (saturated) daylight was so quintessentially Sydney. The city just seemed to be drenched in sunlight. It was very relaxing.
Some pictures from today. The red rooftops, sandstone, rambling branches of gum and sky so saturated that it should be a pigment, pretty much epitomises the place I grew up. We have a tendency to overlook places we live by, as if it's the mundane. It's something we take for granted but there's something quite special as well, don't you think?
Yes, it's vernacular, but I can't resist to find the charms of these places.
Also, These lovely photos seem to keep getting compressed when it's posted on this blog. If anyone knows a way to keep these photo in tact please let me know.
Now back to study.
